You can lay turf at any time of year as we are in a semi tropical climate. The most important factor is preparation and watering your new lawn.
- Do you lay turf?
We can supply and deliver the turf to you. We have several contractors we can recommend to lay the turf for you. No job is too big or small.
- How thick is the turf and what size are the slabs?
It really depends on the type of turf. The size of our slabs is approx. 1220mm x 610mm. It’s best to measure your area and supply us the square meterage.
- How do I prepare my area?
Preparation is key. A good quality topsoil approx. 30mm deep will give your new turf a great start. Refer to our installation guide.
- How long should I water my new turf?
Completely soak your turf once installed. Watering your turf every day until the root system has established. Refer to our installation guide.
